Each one of your choice of custom wines are all made & bottled on-site by Scott & Bec's hands, with each wine having it's own story. Our wines are our precious creations, so let us know your preferred wine variety and we would love to share it's story with you.

Your Sparkling & Rose' Wines.
Barrel Fermented Eden Valley Rose'
This Rose is designed for afternoons on a summer's day. Lovely notes of vanilla from the French oak, this deeply textured wine is a wonderful pale peach colour and continues this theme with luscious aroma of peaches and cream.
Slightly Sweet Sparkling Rose'
For the sweeter tooth, but without going overboard. A fun wine great for celebrations.

Your Port & Sweet Wines.
5 Year Barrel Aged Grenache Vintage Port
An intensely flavoured vintage fortified wine with black forest fruits and spice. The wine is rich and viscous on the palate, demonstrating good structure and a smooth finish.
These look great in the bottles shown here, but also in the miniature bottle versions of 100 & 200mL.

Your Adventurous Wine.
Wine & Coffee Infusion
We love to experiment with taste sensations and we also love to collaborate with others great at their craft. The image shows a tailored cold brew and Merlot infusion we created with a local Barossan, Bean Addiction.
We will sometimes have a creation like this in stock, but we are also open to work with you on a wine style with you, noting that you may need a little more time up your sleeve to make something this custom.
